The Efest digital meter is a compact and handy tool that functions both as an Ohm Meter and as an Voltage Meter. This Ohm/Voltage meter utlizes a rechargeable internal battery that is charged via a Micro-USB port located on the top. The digital display reads three decimals and is accurate up  to +/- 0.3%.
