Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty
Route 66 Vapor warrants to the original purchaser that selected products, purchased from Route 66 Vapor, will be free from defects in material and workmanship while under normal use and service for 30 days after the delivery date. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
Any express warranty not provided herein and any remedy which other than the warranty contained herein that might arise by inference or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed including the implied warranties of merchantability and of the fitness for a particular purpose.
Products that are considered consumable or disposable are not covered by the Limited Warranty. Those products are:
Warranty Procedure
If a customer receives a faulty or defective product and it falls within the Route 66 Vapor Limited Warranty, please contact sales@route66vapor.com for instructions on troubleshooting. If the problem still exists, the product must be returned to Route 66 Vapor for inspection. Once the product is received, Route 66 Vapor will ensure that if meets the criteria of the Limited Warranty. If the product is deemed faulty or defective, a new replacement product will be immediately sent to the customer.
The cost of shipping defective items to Route 66 Vapor is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Route 66 Vapor is not responsible for product defects as we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to Route 66 Vapor, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. Route 66 Vapor will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is promptly replaced.
Please do not send any products to Route 66 Vapor without first following the above guidelines. Any products returned to Route 66 Vapor without an RMA# will not be considered for warranty.
Warranty Shipping instructions
The defective or faulty product must be shipped within a bubble wrap envelope via the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please include your name, address, and order number with a brief description of the problems with the product.
